I enjoy helping children and their parents find hope. I bring to her counseling practice two decades of working with young children and their families in the school setting as a classroom teacher, instructional coach, school counselor, and interventionist. I am trained in Theraplay® and have studied Trust-Based Relational Intervention®. I have experience working with children in adoptive and foster families, addressing their unique issues with a trauma-informed approach. I enjoy working with children and families in both traditional counseling and Early Intervention. I draw from several client-centered counseling techniques, tailoring my approach to best fit the personality and needs of each individual.
