My greatest desire is to help my clients explore ways to make necessary changes in their lives to reach their full potential. For 29 years, I have worked in this field in various capacities; child welfare, counselor, coordinator, life coach, and high school social worker. I hold a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Illinois at Chicago, a Master’s in Education Administration from Concordia University, and a Bachelor’s of Science from the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff.
I utilize a variety of evidence-based therapies, including, Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy, Treatment areas; Individual, Adolescent/Young adults, Depression, Anxiety, Grief/Loss, Self-esteem, Life transition, Parenting and education concerns, Faith-based, Health and Wellness Coach.
